Account deletion

From the app

Sign in to your ANISENS account, open your profile and use the account deletion action. The app asks you to confirm before saving the request.

Grace period

A deletion request triggers a 14-day grace period. During this period, normal account access is blocked and the deletion can be cancelled.

At the end of the period, personal data and dependent documents are deleted or anonymized according to applicable rules.

Documents and associated data

Data attached to the account, including records, documents, sharing data and dependent histories, is processed as part of deletion. Documents manually deleted in the app are physically deleted without waiting for this period.
