Service

ANISENS is an application for tracking, organizing and sharing information about pets.

User account

The user must provide accurate information, protect credentials, verify the email address and report any unauthorized account use.

The service is intended for people able to accept these terms. A minor may only use it under the responsibility of their legal guardian.

Data and content

The user remains responsible for the data, documents, photos, validations, exports and sharing actions created or modified in the app.

The user must not add illegal, dangerous, misleading or unrelated content.

The user must be authorized to enter contact details or content concerning another person. The user keeps their rights in their content and grants ANISENS only the technical rights needed to host, synchronize, display, share on request, export and delete it.

Data processing and possible future uses of pet statistics are described in the privacy policy.

Sharing and roles

The owner controls sharing and roles. Invited users access only the data allowed by their role and scope.

Medical limitation

ANISENS does not replace a veterinarian. In case of emergency, symptoms, doubt or medical decision, contact a professional.

Availability and evolution

The service may evolve to improve reliability, security and user experience. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical incidents.

ANISENS is free, without advertising or in-app purchases.

Intellectual property

The app, brand, interface, catalogs and software elements belong to ANISENS or their respective owners. The user receives a personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service under these terms.

Suspension and liability

ANISENS may suspend access in case of a security risk, fraud, unlawful use or serious breach of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, ANISENS is not responsible for a medical decision, user-entered content, sharing authorized by the user or unavailability outside its reasonable control.

Deletion

Account deletion is available in the app and follows a 14-day grace period. A dedicated page describes the process: account deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. In a dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution.
