Data processed

ANISENS may process data you enter or use in the app:

• account data: email, user identifier, language, verification status;
• pet data: name, species, breed, sex, sterilization, weight, identification, photo;
• pet care data: health issues, treatments, care, feeding, vaccines, parasite prevention, validations and cancellations;
• calendar data: appointments, occurrences, reminders and statuses;
• documents: photos, invoices, prescriptions, analyses, certificates, thumbnails and metadata;
• contacts, voluntary households, sharing invitations and roles;
• limited technical data needed for security, diagnostics and reliability.

Purposes

This data is used to provide the app features: account creation, synchronization, backup, pet records, calendar, documents, exports, notifications, role-based sharing, support, security and technical diagnostics.

ANISENS does not sell your data and does not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

iOS permissions

The app may request access to the camera, photo library or contacts only for actions you trigger: adding a photo, adding a document or pre-filling a form with the contact details you choose.

Sharing

Sharing is controlled by role and scope. An invited user only accesses information allowed by the owner or by the assigned role.

Processors

ANISENS relies in particular on AWS for app hosting, Apple for App Store distribution and iOS services, and Cloudflare for hosting the public website.

Retention and deletion

Account data and associated data are kept while the account is active. Account deletion triggers a 14-day grace period during which the request can be cancelled.

At the end of the period, personal data and dependent documents are deleted or anonymized according to applicable rules. Documents deleted directly from the app are physically deleted without waiting for this period.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection where applicable, data portability and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

Medical limitation

ANISENS helps organize information about your pets. The app does not replace a veterinarian, does not diagnose and must not be used as the sole basis for a decision in case of symptoms, doubt or emergency.
